We explain who a book is for, what is inside, how the difficulty changes, and when it is useful. We avoid fabricated reviews, guaranteed outcomes, and broad claims a puzzle book cannot support.
Journal articles are publisher editorial guidance, not clinical review, medical advice, or educational assessment. When an article discusses research, we cite the original study or public-health source and state what that evidence does not establish about an H&T Books title.
How this site is maintained
Every public book page is reviewed against its cover, edition, author credit, and Amazon listing. Draft releases remain out of navigation and search indexes until their live marketplace information has been checked.
Corrections policy
